01.Scope of Service & Advisory Model
Sojourna Atelier operates strictly as an independent digital travel consultancy providing bespoke travel blueprints, route curation, and personalized digital dossiers. We do not operate as an airline, hotel, or licensed transport carrier. All bookings, accommodations, and activities are executed directly by you with verified third-party providers.
02.Payment & Currencies
Payments for route architecture commissions are processed securely via certified payment aggregators (including Razorpay). Pricing is transparently stated prior to checkout in INR or local currency equivalents. By confirming an order, you authorize the charge for the digital dossier commission.
03.Intellectual Property & Personal License
All custom itineraries, interactive maps, proprietary recommendations, and formatted dossiers prepared for you remain our intellectual property and are licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial travel use. Unauthorized redistribution, syndication, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
04.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide verified operating hours, reservation suggestions, and travel tips, Sojourna Atelier is not liable for external schedule adjustments, border restrictions, cancellations, visa outcomes, or service quality variations provided by independent third-party vendors.
05.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
