01.Digital Deliverable Architecture (No Physical Parcels)
Sojourna Atelier provides exclusively digital travel blueprints, custom route dossiers, cartography coordinate layers, and advisory services. We do not dispatch physical packages, printed leaflets, or postal parcels. There are zero shipping or freight handling fees applied at checkout.
02.Delivery Channels & Verification
Upon successful settlement via our payment gateway, your order is fulfilled through two direct electronic channels:
- Instant Screen Confirmation & Vault Access: Immediate redirection to your bespoke URL (`/blueprint/SOJ-XXXXXX`) containing your itinerary schedule, interactive map, and transit advice.
- Email Dispatch: A formal expedition dispatch containing your reference code and direct access links delivered to your registered email address via Resend.
03.Fulfillment Timelines
Curated Corridors: Delivered instantly upon payment verification.
Bespoke Custom Route Commissions: Initial corridor blueprints are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours, depending on corridor complexity and advisory depth.
04.Non-Receipt Assistance
If you have not received your email dispatch within 15 minutes of checkout, check your spam or junk folder. You can also retrieve your dossier anytime by entering your SOJ code in the Client Vault, or by messaging our active WhatsApp desk at +91 81908 08956.
