01.Nature of Bespoke Architectural Services
Sojourna Atelier provides customized digital deliverables, including proprietary route blueprints, timing schedules, GPS coordinates, and private advisory time. Because each dossier represents customized research and intellectual creation, commissions are treated differently than mass-produced physical goods.
02.Cancellation & Pre-Fulfillment Refund Window
If you commission a custom blueprint and request a cancellation within 12 hours of order placement—provided our itinerary architects have not yet generated and dispatched the custom dossier—you are entitled to a full 100% refund of the commission fee.
03.Post-Delivery Terms & Revisions
Once a digital blueprint code (SOJ identifier) has been generated and delivered via email or accessed in the Client Vault, fees become non-refundable due to the irrevocable nature of digital intellectual property. However, we guarantee satisfaction: if a curated route requires timing adjustments or lodging substitutions, we provide complimentary route adjustments within 7 days of delivery.
04.Refund Processing & Turnaround Time
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) via Razorpay. The processing cycle typically completes within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your issuing bank's settlement schedule.
