01.Information Architecture & Collection
Sojourna Atelier collects client-provided information strictly required to construct bespoke expedition blueprints. This includes your name, primary email address, WhatsApp contact, travel group size, dates, and stylistic route preferences. We do not acquire, scrape, or monetize third-party tracking profiles.
02.Zero Payment Card Storage (Payment Security)
All payment settlements are executed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (including Razorpay). Sojourna Atelier does not intercept, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card details, CVVs, or net banking credentials on our application servers.
03.Client Dossier Vault & Encryption
Bespoke travel dossiers, interactive map links, and booking links are stored with AES-256 standard encryption. Digital blueprints accessed via your unique SOJ identification code remain sandboxed and accessible only to you and authorized atelier architects.
04.Third-Party Service Infrastructure
We integrate select cloud infrastructure partners solely for essential operations: Vercel (secure application hosting), Resend (transactional email dispatch), and WhatsApp/Meta (direct concierge communications). We never sell, lease, or syndicate personal client dossiers to marketing brokers or hotel chains.
05.Data Rights & Inquiries
You maintain the right to inspect, correct, or request the permanent deletion of your intake records and contact details at any time. Direct all data queries to our concierge desk at concierge@sojourna.studio.
